  • Resume building and improvement tools
  • Interview preparation assistance
  • Progress analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our Service includes AI-powered features such as job analysis, cover letter generation, and resume optimization. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review and verify all AI-generated content before using it.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

8. Intellectual Property

IN NO EVENT SHALL SMARTHUNT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SmartHunt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SmartHunt operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
